Integrations Guide

Connect Notarail to your project tools so action items land in the right place after every meeting.

Jira

Setup

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Jira.
  2. Click Connect Jira. Authorize Notarail via Atlassian OAuth.
  3. Select the default Jira project for new action items.

Field mapping

  • summary ← extracted action item text
  • assignee ← matched team member
  • duedate ← extracted due date
  • description ← source quote from transcript

Linear

Setup

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Linear.
  2. Authorize via Linear OAuth flow.
  3. Choose a default team and project for new issues.

If your team uses cycles, Notarail can assign issues to the active cycle automatically.

Notion

Setup

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Notion.
  2. Authorize via Notion OAuth flow.
  3. Select the Notion database for action items. Must have: title, person, and date properties.

Asana

Setup

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Asana.
  2. Authorize via Asana OAuth flow.
  3. Select the default project for new tasks.

Slack summaries

Enable Slack to send a summary message to a designated channel after each meeting.

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Slack.
  2. Add the Notarail app to your Slack workspace.
  3. Choose the channel where summaries should be posted.
