Notarail Documentation

Welcome to the Notarail docs. Connect your meeting platforms, set up integrations, and use the API to build on top of Notarail.

What is Notarail?

Notarail is an AI meeting tool that extracts action items from your standups and pushes them — with owners and due dates — directly into your project management tools. It sits between your meeting platform (Zoom, Google Meet, Teams) and your task tracker (Jira, Linear, Notion, Asana).

Quick links

  • Quickstart guide — Connect your first meeting and get extracted action items in under 10 minutes.
  • Integrations guide — Connect Jira, Linear, Notion, Asana, and Slack.
  • API Reference — Fetch meetings and action items programmatically.

How it works

The Notarail pipeline has three stages:

  1. Capture: The Notarail bot joins your meeting call and processes audio in real time.
  2. Extract: The extraction engine identifies commitments, decisions, owners, and deadlines from the conversation.
  3. Push: Extracted action items are pushed to your connected project tool with all fields populated.

Supported platforms

Meeting inputs: Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams.

Task outputs: Jira, Linear, Notion, Asana, Slack (summaries). See the integrations page for the full list.
